INSURANCE IS USELESS

Hi <br> <br> I took out a loan in 2013. I was paying all my instalments on time until I lost my job in 2014.<br> I sent my termination of contract letter and they paid out from the date I sent the letter which was three month to the date they paid. I never got any more settlements except 3 instalments. and as per my contract it says if they pay out they also pay for the next two months after that. I never received more payments even thou I was not working. and the interest kept flying high on my arrears. when I called them they said I must submit more prove that I was not working. what more prove do they need if I had submitted a letter that my contract was terminated. on top of that I started asking my husband to pay the amount in arrears and I tried to call to tell them that they must freeze the interest and I will pay an extra amount for that. I was told interest cant be frozen even thou I am paying extra to cover them. does this mean that it will fluctuate forever till kingdom come. <br> <br> they are reaping people off. and every time I email stangen or African bank I have to repeat myself over and over again. its like no one takes notes of previous conversations.
