Insurance giving me problems with my account

Good day,<br> <br> I was approved for a loan last year and end of August 2014 I got retrenched from my work, African Bank called to ask for all my documents for insurance which I sent almost 3 times without them getting back to me....I get a call now telling me my insurance wont pay beacuse I got retrenched 2 months after my loan, now im in arrears for all these months and no one had told me anything im very angry and want to take this matter forward
