Insurance claim
I put in a insurance claim from african bank to cover my payments as i am on short time and i still have not had a response from them after i have sent a email to 3 different emails.. Today my installment was deducted and i need it to be reversed. This would be the second time i would be putting in a claim and having to go through this same procedure as i dont get any replies.

30 Jul 2020, 02:39I was at work when you phoned and couldn't answer. I have tried phoning, but could not be helped properly. I was told it takes 30days to get a response but on your website it says the claim should take 48 hours to be assessed, byt yet my claim has not even been logged yet. If i could please request that someone phone me anytime from 10 o clock today that would be appreciated.
