Insurance

Hi can you please help me regarding African bank since last year i have been submitting documents for insurance claim and i submitted everything they asked me to submit but every time they call me they tell to submit or to pay the outstanding amount so that they can process the claim . And i told them since i was gun shoot and disabled and not working and they keep on asking me to get someone to pay for me which i told them no one can pay for me and i asked them about insurance for the loan they said it declined and i asked why they said insufficient documentation and i asked what what was missing they said its medical report and a hospital stamp i resend everything i don't know how many times and i think they are playing game with me please help me.<br> <br>
