installment

Hi. I have a loan with African Bank and at the moment i cant afford the installment, because of all my other debt. I know i have to pay it, its just too difficult at the moment and need some help. Would like to know if i can have smaller installment on my loan at least for few months until i get back onto my feet. About six month then pay the normal installment afterwards. I might not have enough funds in bank account, please help.
