Inept, insensitive and in effective!

Having been retrenched in September of 2017, I struggled to make ends meet, until February of 2018 the inevitable happened - my debit order for African Bank was returned.

I was contacted by a very understanding consultant who advised me that I had retrenchment insurance on my agreement with the bank, and that I should apply - she mailed me everything I needed to submit, and to where it had to go.

I sent the supporting documents as requested - rejected (15 march) Called again and requested the correct documentation (22nd march) - no response.

Called again today March 26th where the consultant tod me that the documents were incorrect as per the 15th of March, didn't bother checking for the new docs, so in essence ****, and then laughed at me and cut the call!

Not on ...

I was a little surprised and taken aback by the swift response and contact from African Bank, however, the call was after 5pm as I was stepping into a meeting, I told the caller this and requested a call back at 9am the following morning...9am came, no call. eventually 1 missed call at 14h33...1 call! Seriously..? Again, the inefficiency and ineptitude that is at the root of this complaint!
