incosistency

I was given 30% discount by African bank if I settled my account before end of May 2015 so I made an arrangement with African bank to debit what ever amount im owing them so that I can be able to receive the 30% discount. On the 25th of May money was debited from my account as per our arrangement but no discount was given to me I called the office and no-one wants to account for the error
