Incorrect Information
I have a Loan with African bank. I want to settle this amount. When I called in to the call centre the call agent asked me for my address and I gave it to her. She told me that the address is incorrect, the address is somewhere in Baviaan****rt. This is nonsenses as I have never in my life stayed in Baviaan****rt!! Because of this she can not give me the settlement amount. What bull is this????? I want to settle the account and now I cannot get the settlement amount!
