Incorrect details on my African Bank loan account

Good morning I am Nobuhle Dastile, have app**** for a loan in Sepotember 2017. around the 21st. The bank then offered to settle ABSA loan of about R76 000, and gave me a change of R25 000. ABSA settlement was then transfered to an inacvive ABSA account. ABSA then reversed this settlement back to African Bank. and African confirmed that they received it. my installment on the R25000 was supposed to be R1315, and R3000 and some rands including the ABSA settlement, remember, they never transfer the money back to ABSA after the error they made to the inactive ABSA account. they are now calling me everyday claiming that I am in arrears with the difference between R1315 and the instalment on the ABSA settlement. Remember they never pay back the settlement for ABSA. African Bank should check on their system because this is all daunting my credit image because i am not in arrears, and seemingly, I will never finish paying up this loan.

Please intervene.
