incorrect debit order amount

I spoke to someone to reduce my debit order since I had my credit card limit decrease.they said they did. The firstmonth (oct) they deducted r950 I went to the branch and asked them to fix it and they said they did. In november again the same amount of r950 was deducted instead of r325...this is inconvenient for me because it takes more than it should and it I incur bank charges if my other debit orders return unpaid. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional
