Incorrect debit date

My debit order date for my credit card was selected as 25th, this month the 25th was on a saturday, African bank decided to debit me a day before my salary date

The company in which I work for pays me on the 25th even it is on a Saturday unless the 25th falls on a Sunday, THIS IS OUT IF MY CONTROL!!! How can you debit my account a day before my salary date. Due to this debited on an incorrect , it resulted in an unpaid on my account, and this has also incurred me with bank charges, not acceptable I want my bank charges refunded and I want an explanation of why I was debited before my salary date.
