Inconsiderate and Ignominy

I have called the bank mid-January explaining the crises I am currently facing with my family and made arrangement not to pay one of my loans instalment this month. I borrowed money from a friend who deposited the cash in my bank account yesterday so that I can survive the month of February. To my surprise, hardly 5 minutes after the cash was deposited, African Bank debited the amount from my bank account. A total amount of R2079.67 was debited yesterday (02/02/2015) from my account despite the arrangement made with the bank. I therefore would like African Bank to reverse the cash ASAP as I have nothing to survive on this month, hence I made the arrangement with African bank.
