*********** staff and it is irritating

Some of the staff at African Bank are *********** and I don't understand why the go to work everyday.

my credit card was blocked since 21 June 2020 but I have yet to receive a call from the bank about the reason for the block.

I have been calling since 22 June 2020 and no one seems to be interested in getting back to me. I have a better solution. can I transfer the outstanding balance so that I can close the account and we will be both happy.
