*********** People at Springs Mall African Bank

I went to an African Bank branch to complete my loan application (12/04/2019) as i was provisionally approved. The lady said that she will phone me back in 20 minutes with a new offer as they need to send my application to head office. After 2 hours i phone her and she said that they have a new offer for me and i must come in to sign the contract. I did this the same day and she said that my money will be paid in on Saturday. Today Monday 15/04/2019 i had to call the branch again, because i got no correspondence and no money in my account yet, just to be told that i was declined.
