Are your forensic investigators *********** or just ********?

I've reported a ***** case in May because someone stole my I. D and she was granted a loan, then she decided to settle one of my credit because she wanted to take a huge debt using my ID number. The forensic investigator assigned to the case told me that he's going to claim back the money paid. Which made sense since I didn't know anything about the settlement. Unfortunately the investigator was involved in an accident and couldn't conclude the case. And then you appointed another investigator who told me to wait for 40 days again for him to investigate. Like I've lodged a dispute in May and I'm told to wait for another 40 days. Fine I waited and I was told the investigation is being concluded, and today I am told that African bank cannot act on my behalf to claim the money back paid? From May to the 17th December you kept quiet and today that's when you had the decency to tell me to go and claim the money back on the 17 December 2019 knowing very well that most people have gone on their holidays, why was I not told on time? So in 2020 I will still be fighting with The Forensic department to clear my record? And after that you want to play a victim here... That's *******! My life is on hold because of this loan that was **********ly granted to someone. Your service is the worst ever.
