I am banking with African bank. I came to request salary depo3from June 2020 to Aug 2020 as SARS HAS requested this. This bank is refusing saying yhat it is kot possible to retrive statements older then 12 months. Why is is this pathetic bank offering transactional banking it still operates like a loan shark.
