I am so disappointed at African Bank Insurance. last year November I was retrenched , phone African Bank and I was transferred to their insurance department I inform them about my retrenchment, they requested if I send my retrenchment letter from the company. I must say I was so impressed the way my claim was handled, the process went very smoothly, thumbs up to that. I was told that the insurance is going to pay for 6 month, after 6 month they will contact to find out if I'm still unemployed so that they can re-assess claim but unfortunately they didn't bother to contact me they reinstated my account to African Bank.
