African Bank is the worst Bank ever. We app**** for a loan which was pre approved but there is to status on the loan. Nobody knows anything the Head Office is rude and have bad attitude. What's more insane is the fact that they only communicate via email. The branch tells us that there is nothing they can do. Now w can't cancel the application.
