Incompetence at this bank

I have reached a point where am fed up with this bank. How can a bank lose my account? I have called their customer care line, went to three different branches and they keep giving me the run arounds. I am so frustrated and i just need answers now. You have blocked my accounts for no reason and your people cant seem to understand either. Just pay me my money and I can close this damn account
