Inactive online banking app!
I have been having issues with my online banking ever since I've joined African bank, the app has been inactive and I have been to 3 three different branches for assistance but nothing!I had an important thing to purchase yesterday due to not being able to access an"immediate payment"I couldn't!!!I am so annoyed by not being able to access the online banking App honestly it's frustrating that they can't fix what they've created and why would they advice for one to have it while it's not working!! Fix your app!!!!!!!!

15 Jul 2024, 08:10Your online profile was reset last night. Please re-register on Internet banking or App today after 12:00pm. Please donot USE any special characters in the user name, only Alpha-numeric characters. Plz try to use the mobile app for registration process as the FaceId verification is better on App. If the app is not showing the option for registration then uninstall and reinstall the app and provide all the permission to the app.
