Inaccuracy in the banks admin

African Bank really failed to assist with my last complaint. They kept asking different people to call me and ask for money instead of helping me. They need to find a way to assist their customers. I ended up having to pay the money I still feel I did not owe as I was being called to pay by different consultants who claimed to not be aware of my complaint. All I wanted was for them to look at the issue but they failed. Thank you to the most humble guy nqubeko from cornubia mall branch for all his help and his professionalism towards trying to assist with the telephone and all. He is a good employee. But I can't say the same about the employer. I paid the full amount to have peace of mind. I still feel I was ********** by the bank. But that didn't matter to anyone. There was days when I will really be emotional towards the consultants. Because they also doing their job. They not solving my problem. Thank you.
