Improper tax certificate info

Hi, could you kindly please assist:

I have downloaded a tax certificate on African Bank's site for 2025 that has omissions / errors.

1. Firstly, neither my savings account or savings pocket accounts are on the summary. 2. Secondly, the savings pocket interest amount that is pre-populated on my tax form does not correlate with the amount on my records, so I cannot tell where SARS gets this figure. 3. Thirdly, the notice deposit interest shown on the bank tax certificate does not correlate with the bank statement of the same account that I downloaded from the African Bank site. 4. Fourthly, there are 3 access accumulator accounts I cannot seem to account for that are reflected on my tax certificate.

I would greatly appreciate it if the bank can urgently look into these issues at their earliest convenience, as I need to reconcile this statement properly with my provisional tax paid.
