I'm still waiting for African bank response

I got the call from african bank Saturday stating that they are responding to the review I wrote to Hello Peter I told them the same thing I have been telling their collection team and those who says they are from african bank head office and on Friday I e -mailed letter again for now I'm still waiting to hear from them
