I'm so disappointed in the service at African Bank

I went to African Bank to ask for a loan the service was traumatizing. When I got to the branch gave the consultant my documents an she checked an said I qualify for 8k went ahead with the application even have a copy of the contract. The consultent wrote my work number wrong on the system the code is 013 but she wrote 031 an from my knowledge 031 is Durban code 013 is mpumalang told her our office is in burgersford. The bank rejected my application after 3 days of waiting without even letting me know as to why was it rejected to who it may concern it was not the first time us the bank i previously had a loan which I paid fully. 4th day I went to the bank to try again the other consultant told me it will reject again because it has just been rejected 3days ago off which it wasn't my fault. Instead of him helping me with the loan or what to do he was selling me a banking account with them but they couldn't help when I'm in need.
