I'm so disappointed

Hey I'm Emma I investment with African bank early this month it happened that I was struggling financial then I went to nearest branch in Alex pan Africa plaza to make notice it was 32 days I didn't have problem with that at branch they say I must make a call then I talked to Thomeka she promised that I will get my money on the 10 of may 2018 but still no money in my account is not for the first time at first she said you will even get it before that date because I made a notice last month on the02 April 2018 I've been waiting for ever now they even send me SMS that confirm that I'll receive my money on 10 of may please help me
