I'm shocked!

I am deeply disturbed and shocked by the service I received from African Bank. I visited the Centurion branch last week, they logged a query. No one called me back. Today I visited the Lifestyle Branch, no assistance. I had to call customer service. NO HELP. Here is my problem. I don't have an account with them or outstanding loans. My Request is very simple... I need a letter confirming that but for some reason which I struggle to comprehend.. African Bank is unable to assist me. Why? Is there no one who can type a letter or is my request *******? THEN the agent on the phone still asked me to open an account. After they cannot even assist me. African Bank I am humbly ask you to assist me. I really don't think I'm asking much. Is there anyone at African Bank who can assist me??
