We have submitted documents on 30 October 2023 till today 14 November 2023, requesting the statements of the accounts for my late father, we went to the branch and they can't assist, we told that we are must send email. Court need to combine the estate and all the banks gave us, only the African bank giving us a run around. What must one do to get the statement, 15 days gone to get the statement.
