im giving you today to sort this out or i reverse

a while aago one of your call centre agents called me to make arrangments for my accounts and i told her to take the whole balance on ana accounts that has the lowest balance and she said the balance is R1600 and i said she can debit the whole amount month end and she MUST NOT debit anything the other two accounts as im planning on settling each accounts on each month until alla my accounts are paid off and she agreed and stopped payments on both accounts and activated only one which had the lowest balance of R1600.00 , today a debit order of R1780 *** went off which was not the agreed amounts, R100 *** and R100 ***..please explain cz im really ****ed!!! i need an answer by today cz if not im gonna reverse all these payments and i will NEVER EVER pay you again....i dont care if u list me.
