I'm aware that I missed the calls from African bank, but I've tried calling back with no response

I'm aware that I missed the calls from African bank, but I've tried calling back with no response. Why should I reapply for the loan that I submitted, including all the required documents. I've dealt with african bank before and always received good service, but the service from head office is not the same as before.
