*******ly billed for lawyers

I had a Furniture City account and had stopped paying because of financial complications. The shop had closed and started receiving calls from African Bank. I made an arrangement with African Bank last year 2016 and have been paying the bank since then via debit order. After I started paying the Bank I was contacted by a legal firm called Groenewald Lubbe and attorneys and I explained to them that I am paying the ban k directly. Recently I requested a statement and saw that I am billed an additional amount of R213.75. I phoned in and questioned a lady about this on the 8th of Sept. The lady told me that the account was handed over in March this year. When i questioned the matter further the lady could not give me an answer as to why I was handed over whilst paying and or being debited a monthly installment. The lawyers, I have informed them about the arrangement and told me that I should not be paying African Bank but them and told them to deal directly with AB as I have already made arrangements with them. Now this firm is harassing me with emails, sms and calls where twice I have been sworn at. I do not think this is appropriate as I have received no feedback from AB regarding the matter. I have been called by a Linda from GLA again last week whom was rude and I am done tolerating this behavior and being charged for lawyers where I am paying the account which i arranged with AB. I will be escalating this matter to the FSB in the next 30 days. Thanks
