So African bank is still collecting on a prescirbed account that is more than 13 years old. How utterly shocking I have tried through various people to rectify this matter they dont help or listen so frustrated. Taking this to the ombudsman if this doesnt get resolved soon. enough is enough!! This is *******.

12 Oct 2017, 09:27They have made contact saying that this would be investigated only to come back and say I aparently owe money. This is what youve been claiming all along. so no news there. Your "investigations" are a waste of time as you keep saying the same old news. Point of the matter its prescribed!! It was paid off years ago, no I dont have reciepts from then. So if its not closed according to you then its definatley prescribed. Get it right and off my name. I requested to speak to someone very senior this seems to be a problem.
