******* Debit Order Running From My Account - Loan Backdated at 2013-05-02

My loan *** was back dated to 2013-05-02. There was no acknowledgement of debt and only today there was an unauthorized debit order coming from my account. You are duly aware that the arrears is deemed as PRESCRIBED DEBT. Should you *******ly collect the prescribed debts further from my account, you will be reported to NCR and Ombudsman for Banking Services. You are therefore closing my account because you did not adhere to within three years and hereafter after three years, you cannot technically collect my arrears. You have not summoned me to coiurt within three years or have not had the court granting you a default judgement against my name within three years. I will expect some answers from you, failing that you will be reported to NCR and Ombudsman.
