I had 2 loans and a credit card with African Bank,was over-indebted hence i started falling back on payments. African bank attached my salary using VDM attorneys. I settled the credit card and 1 personal loan. now all of a sudden the remaining loan which i last paid in December 2011, which by law it must be prescribed is being *******ly kept active by the lawyers and African bank. R59 was paid last year and now R600 in July. Upon enquiry African bank insists it was the over deductions from my attached, how does a court order for one account be used to pay another unrelated account is still a mystery n *******.now the supposed to be prescribed account is listed with ITC.. THIS IS SAD and no one seems to be able to take responsibility.
