Ill be lucky if I get help disgusting service

I complained January, February, March and im told the complaints department will call me its May now, Ive called wrote reviews here all im given is a reference number which is useless because when you call again they give you another reference number so what was the point of the first reference number given to me, still dololo assitance so lets do things the hard way can I have the details off your Ombudsmen because this is bull**** service now, everything about this bank is disgusting how your treat your customers I would never recommend this bank to anyone sis mani.
