Ignored request

I would like to report African Bank for putting me on hold up until I give up. My request is very simple. I took furniture on credit at furniture city and signed an agreement that I will pay over 36 months. Now since African Bank has taken over furniture city's debts I now apparently have signed a 48 month contract. The only thing I am requesting from African Bank is the copy of this contract. I've been to a branch and they said they'll apply for the contract to be sent but I haven't received it. All i want is that contract that I entered into and my monthly statement ever since I've started paying. I do know that I have a right to those. African Bank must not recover their debt with me.
