If you want to nag a bank to do their job then this one would be it !

Once again I was promised feedback within 24 hours, the week is done already and still no updates. I am most definitely not recommending this bank to anyone unless they want to struggle constantly. Im still trying to deal with an incident that occurred 30 April, imagine. I have sent them everything they asked and still everyone is just chilling at this bank.
