If trying to block my account isn't enough, now they try to de***** me too.
As if the matter and issues with them don't become better but actually become worse....
NOW AFRICAN BANK HAS ATTEMPTED TO DE***** ME.
My credit card is paid, there is no arrears, the installment is paid, there is nothing due to this bank now,
There is NO AUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER ON THE ACCOUNT. Yet they attempted to debit my bank account on the 15th for an amount exceeding R6000 for my credit card.
How's is possible that they still deem it fit to debit my account on the 15th when I've never agreed to this, on a account that is up to date with no amount due.
That's just *****.
I'll now initiate a case of ***** against the bank on Monday with my attorney.

If you stop hiding behind typing and copying and pasting responses, rather than calling, and finding out what the actual issue is, you'd actually get to the bottom of it but nonetheless, African bank enjoys public engagement with bad publicity so I'm game... I have all the time in the world for this.
At the end of the day, I've already had you overturn a decision by mere intelligence and FACTS, Thinking you can dupe a client, and we will continue this barrage of bad publicity until such time that an apology letter is issued.
