IF I DO NOT GET HELP TODAY, I AM MOVING TO ANOTHER BANK!!!

So I decided to give African Bank a try with the intention of moving my salary payment to them. In December all was okay with internet banking until in January when I tried to do transactions and was not receiving the pop up to approve the transaction. I went straight to the branch and was told "it is poor network connection". Okay, I went back home and today I contacted the call centre and was told "it is because I have2 sim cards" on my phone so it is disturbing the pop up message - what kind of nonsense is that? Anyway I was told to remove one simcard and call them again, which I did (my airtime...imagine, even when the call cuts, the agent does not bother to call you back). Guess what... still no pop up. This time around, the agent says it is an IT problem and I must wait to get a call from them. A query was logged last week already with reference number *** and I got another sms to say it has been resolved but resolved by who and when??? Honestly I am not happy and if I do not get help today, forget it, I am going to another bank as early as tomorrow. Then you can go ahead and close my account. This is not acceptable! I will also share this story with my colleagues, family and friends. I do not want them to go through the same thing.
