I’d like to do a Review for African Bank There was debit order that was done on the 25 JAN of R3

I’d like to do a Review for African Bank There was debit order that was done on the 25 JAN of R3.631 without getting notified of it,since 31 Jan they keep teling me to wait for 48 hrs of investigation of it till today I haven’t heard anything from the bank, they promise to call me and they dont they keep claiming that it was medical aid that’s deducted that huge amount but the Affinity health medical has nothing to do with it because I went there to get information, I will go to the Branches and find out how far they are with the Investigation still I get no feedback
