I WILL HELP CLIENTS SUE AFRICAN BANK DUE TO MANAGEMENT HIBERNATION

ATTENTION ANY AFRICAN BANK CLIENT THAT FEELS THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DECEIVED BY AFRICAN BANK,

Unforutnatley for the bank, they have met their match in me, and they like to hide their management team from complaining clients,

Their complaints department opens a complaint and a day later closes it without feedback and this is the circle we go in.

A manager is never available and seems to be hibernating already, so I will now force them out of hiding.

If you feel you have been deceived by this bank, please reach out to me, I have been deceived and found that they are not acting in good faith as laid out in the Code of Good Practice for the banking Sector, they also do NOT follow their own terms and conditions as laid out in their contract.

So because they do not want to engage with me and because no manager wants to come out of hibernation, I will assist you in reviewing your matter with my attorney and we will gladly take on the bank for you as I am doing against them myself.

It appears to me that there are more than one of you out there needing assistance, and I want to assist you now,

So either the bank resolves my query and a manager calls me and provides me evidence of my account closure that was sent to me, or you are now going to have a problem.

I cannot put my email here for the clients that need assistance, however, reach out to HelloPeter with a screenshot of this, tell them you want to get a hold of me and they will email me with your details.

Why is it so difficult to furnish me with legal documents you all so proudly proclaim to have.

The National Credit Regulator clearly states that I'm entitled to documents regarding my accounts. You're not furnishing it which proves beyond reasonable doubt that the documents are not in existence.

Why is it so difficult for management to reach out to me and engage with me? Do they want to be taken to court and sued? It sure as hell seems to be the case.

Thank you for reaching out to me telephonically and understanding my point of view, whilst I understand that the matter is out of your control and feedback is reliant on another department, I would appreciate the escalation and explanation to them pertaining to the seriousness of the matter.

I believe that I have shown beyond reasonable doubt that the accounts can be maintained in a manner sooner than expected by means of catching it up,

I also wish to note the call I had with Portia, where I am informed that should I wish to make use of the facility again I need to make a payment of which was in March.

Looking most forward to the feedback herein and hoping that we do not need to go the legal route, as mentioned before, African Bank has been good to me, and I have too until I was retrenched, of which I have duly remedied thus far my side of the breach.

Thank you,
Glenn

Oh it just gets better and better and better with this bank,

I received a call this morning NOT pertaining to my actual query but to be PATRONIZED by a individual by the name of Siphiwe Molita, who has a SERIOUS inability to listen to a client, this said individual goes against all legal grounds when you state as a client you are invoking your legal rights not to engage with him,

The said person continues to state that I HAVE to repeat my issue to him, even though he is NOT A MANAGER NOR A AUTHORISED INDIVIDUAL TO DEAL WITH THE SAID MATTER, so for the love of all things good, why MUST I REPEAT MY ENTIRE MATTER TO SOMEONE WHO IS BORED AND NEEDS ENTERTAINMENT AT WORK, Who is this person that confirms to me he has no authority to deal with the said matter and BEST YET CONFIRMS TO ME ON A RECORDED CALL THAT IF THE BANK CANCELLED MY CREDIT FACILITY IT IS A PROBLEM IF THEY DID NOT INFORM ME IN WRITING AND THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE CASE! WELL DUH! This is my entire argument and fight with the bank.

Best yet, when he calls he states he is from African Bank Head office, which is NOT the case.

He refuses blatantly to have me speak to his senior and or team leader which is also non compliant from the banks side, goes against the code of good practice and the national credit regulator.

When I ask him to check the notes on the system pertaining to the matter, he further wants to patronize me and says what notes am I referring too, am I referring to the statement. So this proves to me that the staff who call have no idea and he continues to state that there is no such thing as notes on the system, what ****!

This just appears to me that the bank is TRYING TO GET MY BLOOD BOILING TODAY on day number 7 where I am awaiting on feedback of my initial complaint and am already ready for a massive fight and argument with this bank to such a extent that my attorney is also on standby to issue the necessary notices.

AGAIN FOR CLARITY PURPOSES AND THE TAKE AWAY HERE IS THAT YOUR OWN STAFF MEMBER CONFIRMED ONCE AGAIN THAT THE FACILITY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CANCELLED IF THERE IS NO DOCUMENTS NOR HAVE THEY INFORMED ME.

I believe that this was a ploy by the bank to get me worked up early for their inability to deliver me feedback.

I thus request a copy of the call recording that came through on my number at 07:53am on the 09/05/2024.

Spoke to Doreen from the complaints department and we are no closer to a solution than what we should be,

1. I was patronized by stating I'm in breach of contract without them knowing the reason why, reason being THAT THE BANK STOPPED PAYING THE INSURANCE ON THE ACCOUNTS IN MARCH 2023 FOR RETRENCHMENT BENEFIT. So this is why we are in this position and this is why the accounts fell into arrears. Despite me paying it and just leaving it. Another BREACH OF CONTRACT BY THE BANK.

2. She needs to listen to the call recordings between collections and I regarding the account and the utilization thereof.

3. She needs to engage with another stakeholder and find out why a S129 was never issued.

4. She needs to check why I never received a letter confirming cancelation of accounts.

So no near closer to the end and or closer to a solution.

It was just repetitive in all we already knew and established.
