I went to African bank to find out about a old account listed on my credit profile

I went to African bank to find out about a old account listed on my credit profile. The consultant at the branch could not find a statement when my id was checked. I was referred back and forth. Made numerous calls to African bank call center and to the lawyers the account was handed over. When I called the lawyers they refer me back to African bank. All the numbers I got was either a 011 or 086 number for which I called and still I have no response. What I don't understand is that your name is blacklisted and when you follow up , no one knows. African bank has been adding listings to my name time and time again. Then the listing disappear then it reappear. This is why I went into the branch myself to find out what is wrong. Now no one can help me with my query. Very frustrating 😡😡😡
