I was ****** by the Bank i trusted

I have been using African bank account for over 2 years now , which it happened that i become unemployed and used the account to receive my SRD grand ,last Friday on the 23/02/24 received my grand as usual in the same account. My available balance was R349.87, my first purchase was for an airtime to the value of R9 that was followed by another purchase of airtime for R5 . I went to the mall to swipe at Pick & Pay and purchased for R197.00 i requested for a cash back of a R100 knowing that i should be left with not less than R120 in my account but the cash back declined,i tried to log in my app to check the balance and i couldn't as kept kicking me out, I then asked for the teller to reduce the amount with R10 and still declined i did that about 4 times as i was desperate for a taxi fair but still no luck . I then went to check my balance at one of the ATM's , when i checked my balance it was only R70,37 left in my account then i tried to widthraw a R50 and it said insufficient funds i tried again for R30 but still no luck again, after that i went to the African bank branch and when i got there, there was only one consultant in the branch and helping out 2 clients sitting in 2 different desks and i sitted for about 45 min that's when i went to ask the consultant if I'll be helped and he said that their system is down then i left immediately, the following day on the 24th i tried to log in my app and it allowed me,to my surprise i found out that I'm only left with only R34.37 in my account and requested a statement on the app and i was charged 10XR10 insufficient funds charges , yesterday i went to the African bank branch again and i was told that they cannot assist me in any way as that's how they charged me for insufficient funds and they are not responsible even after explaining to them every thing that happened. This is how African bank is making profit out of poor citizens....
