I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER!!!

I was hounded with calls from African Bank about payments for my Credit Card. I finally settled the Account in December. I'm now being taken from Pillar to Post about getting my Paid Up letter which I need. I have been calling African Bank who have told me to Call Debt In and when I call Debt in they tell me that I have to call African Bank because they informed African Bank that I settled my Account but they are not updating their records. I'm so frustrated.
