I want my money transfered into another bank account immediately

I have been banking with African Bank for a year now I started having an issue with the bank on the 28th of April I have an issue with my biometric which is being fixed at Department of home affairs all I want is my money that is in my African Bank account they have no alternative whatsoever if fingerprints don't work there's nothing they can do its been 2months so my April and may salary I cannot have access to it I'm hungry I go to bed without food I have bills to pay and lastly I was ****** Tuesday morning and I went to block my card they told me there's nothing they can do... I just want my money to be transferred into another bank account and I will stop using its a pathetic bank ever
