I updated payment history and pathetic service

For the past 6 months I have been battling to get African Bank to submit an update my payment history on my all credit report but all I get is excuses and bad attitude from their consultant. I have been to their branches to resolve this issue of having my account to be flagged as in arrears for almost 6 months whereas I have made payments and have been to their branches to request the information to be updated. I have never received such a pathetic service and would love to cut any ties with them
