i regret ever doing business with African Bank

I had a credit card with African bank and ive had problems eversince so i decided to pay off and close the account ,on the 18 i paid the account in Mabopane and i was told to come to next day to close it and i did that and i was there when the guy submitted my request and today i got debited,why? I hope this wont affect my credit record coz right now iam reversing the debit,i no longer want any business with u or i will take it further!! Sort this out !!
