I need my money back

Last year November I withdraw my savings was 500,then on 28 December last I deposit 1000 now I need it back they tell once you withdraw the funds the is closing automatically.they didn't tell me that once you money I must open other one. So now I need my money I did send proof of payment 28/12/2023
