I need help to return my money from Africa bank.i made a transfer by app from Capitec bank some of 3000 to African bank .when i go to African bank to make widrawalnotice i notice that some of 3000 was not reflecting they said they reversed it but in Capit

On the 9th july i transferred money from Capitec to African bank. When print statement the money does not reflect to my account they say they reverse it.till today that i never found my money to my capitec its not there either its only shows that i transferred no reverse amount.i have emailed statement but i never get any help from both banks.
