I MIGHT OF BEEN ****MED BY A BANK I TOOK A LOAN FROM!!!

Took a loan with African bank, and was told by the consultant who assissted me that i will recieve a call from headoffice confirming and verifying that i took a loan with them. The following day i received a call from a male who claimed he was the very same consultant who assissted me the previous day, but said he will call me later as i was in a noisy surrounding, i then asked before he hung up what was the call about, he said they were reversing the loan, i then asked why, he then said he was joking and said he will call me at 7pm. At this time i thought it was unprofessional of him to be taking my personal details and calling me with his private number but brushed the thought off. That very evening i did recieve a call from another man but called with the same number, he then represented himself as an African bank headoffice employee, at that very moment i believed it was the headoffice call i was expecting. I then asked where as the consultant that assissted me earlier, he responded that he had knocked off and this is a headoffice call and made it seem that everything he asked me was part of African bank procedure. As weired as it may sound i obliged and answered all questions asked and i regret to admitt that i was even asked to do a audio screening which basically meant i disclosed my pin but the man said there will be a long beeping sound that is to ensure that he will not hear the pin but will automatically be recorded on their system that will then confirm that i recieved the payement etc. Before i knew it after back and forth information was exchanged all the money i loaned was withdrawn. What puzzeled me was my personal information the man had on the system. Which concludes that this was an inside job. I then went to Standard bank which was the account the money was transfered into, and they too confirmed that such incidents are where banks do ***** to their clients are common and the very same way i got ****med and showe empathy but unfortunately could not assist me as i disclosed personal information. However, when i went to African bank to report this incident i decided to go to the same consultant and asked him to refer me to the manager and he showed me a young lady, i asked to speak to her in private and she showed no sympathy to the matter at hand, instead was quick to conclude that even if i open a case no one will be charged because i do not know the culprit. She did not apologise until i asked her for head office details and she wrote down a number on paper an pen and a name of a person who was suppose to assist me. The second thing that puzzeled me was that she was refered to me by the consultanat who went by the name of SIYA who was constantly called by the very manager who was refered to me by him, she kept asking him questions on how to do certain things on the system. I thought to myself what kind of manager that is so clueless that keeps asking the very same person who i confided in her that i think he was involved in the **** yet she was so insentive to keep including him in assisting her as she lacked basic knowledge. I was so annoyed on how she kept being so loud for the rest of the collegues and clients to hear how she handled the situation she tried fixing. Not sure if this is all African bank branch rules to not wear name badges because they all had no name badges as i had to believe that she was a manger as per word of mouth. However today my collegue decided to go to the bank and asked for the manager as she suspected something was not adding up, the consultant she found there was a female who also had no name badge, she asked for a manager and she told her she was not working as it is a weekend, she asked for her name the consultant said she could not disclose such information, she then asked if the manager had short hair the con****ant said no she does not have such of which the woman that i was appointed to as branch manager had short hair. If this is'nt ***** enough i dont know what else is!! I am so hurt as i will be paying for money that was not even used by me as i had desired when i decided to take that loan. Finally what also had me thinking that all if not some of these consultants are part of this ****, is the fact that the 'manager' told me that i was not going to recieve a call because the money had already reflected on my standard bank account the very same day but the consulstant 'SIYA' told me i should expect a call before using the money as it is African bank procedure. As a result i felt like that was told to me to not use the money so that all of it will be ****med from me. I am deeply hurt and have trust issues since that day when it comes to disclosing any money matters. Even Standard bank tried blocking my account and i was sceptical in giving them my id number they needed and understood as it was the very night it happened when i recieved a call from them (STANDARD BANK) wanting to assistst me. I know i disclosed my personal information but i can not shake off the feeling that i have been ****med by the very same employees that work at African bank, MALL OF AFRICA branch. Disgusted!!
