I made arrangements with them to move my debit order date to the 7th. Never missed a payment. Receive mail to say Om in arrears( not the 7th yet) Then phone me to threaten that it will affect my credit score negatively. Phoned them just to drop the phone on me while explaining. Saying additional amounts will be charged and that’s when the phone was dropped. I have a very good credit score and this resulted in a 15 points drop.😡 Pathetic service with rude and *********** consultants.
